About Me

My technology career began with a strong foundation in infrastructure, networking and security, building my expertise from the ground up. Over time, I transitioned fully into the security field, focusing on offensive security, information security management, and the design and delivery of security infrastructure solutions. I became Head of Technology at Closed Door Security in 2021 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2023 as the company grew.

I have led both small and large projects across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, working with clients in the public, private, defence and maritime sectors. I have designed and implemented technical labs for the intelligence sections of several militaries, and personally reviewed and signed off the cyber security of one of the five largest vessels in the world. My leadership experience includes managing small to medium-sized teams in both IT & OT environments, consistently delivering results in complex and high-pressure situations.

AI has become a core part of how we work every day at Closed Door Security. I decide where and how AI is implemented across the business and own the AI roadmap and strategy, from internal agentic tooling to automating delivery workflows, making sure it adds real value without compromising security.

Alongside technical leadership, I play an active role in business development. I manage our partner and client relationships, have attended more conferences than I care to count, and travel extensively for work, at times topping 16 flights in a single month, from China to the UK, Germany to Dubai and Australia to Jordan.

When I'm not working on security projects, you'll find me exploring new technologies, reading about industry developments, or engaging with the global cyber security community through various forums and professional networks. I believe that building strong relationships and maintaining a broad perspective are essential for success in our rapidly evolving field.
